Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking power
- A bit of salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup almond milk (substitute soy or cow milk)
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar (optional. Or use buttermilk)
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 425
- Mix the dry ingredients
- Mix in the wet ingredients with as little mixing as possible
- Roll out the dough onto a lightly floured surface to a depth of maybe half an inch
- Cut them out with a biscuit cutter (or the top of a cup)
- Gently place them on the baking sheet
- Bake until light brown on the bottom
