Synopsis

Easy Biscuits, no ads.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 Tablespoon baking power
  • A bit of salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup almond milk (substitute soy or cow milk)
  • 1 Tablespoon vinegar (optional. Or use buttermilk)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 425
  2. Mix the dry ingredients
  3. Mix in the wet ingredients with as little mixing as possible
  4. Roll out the dough onto a lightly floured surface to a depth of maybe half an inch
  5. Cut them out with a biscuit cutter (or the top of a cup)
  6. Gently place them on the baking sheet l. Bake until light brown on the bottom
